The first meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey will take place on January 14 in Moscow.
On December 18, 2021, Hunanyan announced that Armenia’s Special Representative for the Armenia-Turkey dialogue would be RA NA Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, and that Ankara had appointed former Turkish Ambassador to Washington Serdar Kilic as Special Representative.
