Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that a meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia is being prepared in the format of a video conference. This was reported by Interfax, citing a statement by Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

“Yes, indeed, such a meeting is being prepared, it will be in the form of a video conference,” he said.

In October, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that Yerevan is inclined to resume talks with Azerbaijan within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group for the final settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
