Negotiations on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations have ended in Moscow. This was reported by Turkish NTV: TV channel, reports RIA Novosti.

The TV channel, referring to its diplomatic sources, informs that the talks lasted 1.5 hours.

Today, on January 14, the first meeting of the special envoys of Armenia and Turkey was held in Moscow. Armenia’s Special Representative for the Armenia-Turkey dialogue is RA National Assembly Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, and Ankara has appointed former Turkish Ambassador to Washington Serdar Kilic as Special Representative.
