At the moment, there is no agreement between the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia to hold a trilateral meeting on November 9, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated on Public TV.

He noted that such meetings should lead to results or not be an end in themselves.

Conflicting information is spread about the holding of a trilateral meeting on November 9. Earlier today, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that such a meeting is being prepared, it will be in the form of a video conference.

The question about such a meeting last week was answered by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova during the weekly briefing, saying that “there is no information yet” about the new trilateral documents of the meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia.

On October 23, RIA Novosti quoted a source as saying that in the first ten days of November, Russian President Vladimir Putin may hold a trilateral meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Ali and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Moscow.

Alik Media news website, citing its sources, wrote that the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are expected to sign two documents in Moscow on November 9. According to Alik Media, the first document refers to the demarcation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border, by which Yerevan and Baku will recognize each other’s borders and territorial integrity, based on the maps of the General Staff of the Soviet Defense Ministry in the 1920s. Vladimir Putin.

The second document, on which an almost final agreement was reached as a result of the recent Armenian-Russian-Azerbaijani meeting at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers, refers to the unblocking of communications in the region, in particular the establishment of road corridors, including communication between Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, during the question-and-answer session of the National Assembly-Government on October 27, answering the question about the possible meeting of the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on November 9, said: “And at the moment, proposals for different meetings in different formats are generally being discussed. And presumably, as a result of such possible meetings, it may be agreed that some text will be published. “

Mirzoyan, however, denied the signing of the two documents discussed in the press. “The signing of documents with those two discussed contents is certainly not envisaged.”
